How to prepare a ContentX campaign brief for a kiosk screen

Define the location, creative, user interaction and reporting before agreeing to a campaign. Screen inventory and revenue require confirmation.

Define the intended experience

Kiosk X connects screen and interactive campaign discussions with ContentX. Start a brief with a concrete objective: explain a product, invite a voluntary interaction or support a specific venue promotion. Choose one primary outcome and identify what evidence would show that it happened.

A screen creative, a sponsored game and a retail checkout are different experiences. Describe where the campaign appears and what the visitor is expected to do. Do not assume that a video play proves attention, that an interaction proves a sale, or that a screen is available simply because a machine is pictured on the website.

Confirm the location and inventory

Provide the proposed venue, screen or device, operating hours, campaign dates and any content restrictions. Ask the team to confirm placement availability, supported format and the responsibilities of the venue and advertiser. Campaign availability and commercial arrangements depend on the deployment.

If no confirmed location is available, keep the proposal at the planning stage. Do not publish an audience figure or a network-wide launch claim without supporting evidence. A location estimate is an assumption to validate, not guaranteed reach or guaranteed advertising income.

Prepare creative for the actual screen

Request the supported dimensions, orientation, file format, duration and interaction constraints before producing final assets. Place the main message where it remains readable at the expected viewing distance. Test on the intended display and check that captions, labels and action controls remain legible.

Identify the brand, promotion dates and any applicable offer conditions clearly. Supply only media and trademarks you have rights to use. For a QR code or external link, check the destination, mobile experience and expiry date. An attractive creative still fails its purpose if the visitor reaches an unavailable or unrelated page.

Protect the customer journey

Keep essential checkout instructions and support controls accessible. A campaign should not disguise itself as a payment confirmation, block a required action or imply that a customer must click an advertisement to receive a purchase. If an experience collects information, agree what is collected, why and how the visitor is informed.

Google-served game advertising requires an eligible, deliberate user interaction and applicable policy controls. It must not be inserted into a self-playing cabinet attract loop. A ContentX campaign proposal is not approval for Google advertising on every screen. Keep the placement type and its requirements explicit when scoping the campaign.

Agree reporting before launch

List the events the configured system can actually report, such as a supported content play or voluntary interaction, and the reporting period. Specify how unavailable devices, repeat events and incomplete journeys will be handled. Avoid describing anonymous demographic measurements or complete audience coverage unless those capabilities are confirmed and appropriately disclosed.

For commercial review, put campaign cost, creative work, placement terms and any agreed revenue share in writing. Advertising income is not guaranteed. Send the objective, proposed venue, dates, draft creative and reporting needs to support@kiosk-x.ai to discuss a ContentX campaign.
