Pro Max preorder: what to confirm before you order

A practical checklist for the $6,000 base price, December 2026 delivery estimate, written quote and site responsibilities.

Start with the published offer

Pro Max is the Kiosk X model currently open for preorder. The published base price is $6,000 USD, with delivery estimated for December 2026. That estimate is not a guaranteed dispatch or installation date. Freight, tax, selected options and final order and payment terms are confirmed in the quote. A website inquiry is not a completed order.

Use the base price as the starting line in your planning worksheet. Keep the quoted machine, optional equipment, freight, taxes, installation and initial stock on separate lines. This makes it easier to see which costs are one-time setup costs and which will recur after the machine arrives. Do not assume a pictured accessory is included.

Ask for an itemized configuration

Write down the products or experiences you intend to offer, the venue, expected access hours and the person responsible for servicing. Ask the Kiosk X team to identify the exact cabinet configuration and supported payment, network and software integrations. If a capability matters to your business case, have it included in the written scope.

For example, a venue selling packaged products needs confirmation of product fit and the configured fulfillment workflow. A venue planning an interactive screen campaign also needs to confirm screen format, enabled experience and campaign arrangements. These are separate acceptance questions; a working screen alone does not prove a working retail checkout.

Resolve the site before scheduling installation

Record the delivery path from unloading point to the final position. Ask for the final machine dimensions, handling requirements, power specification and network requirements before making site alterations. Confirm who supplies connectivity and who has access if a machine needs an on-site check.

Agree responsibilities with the venue: who replenishes stock, cleans the customer-facing surfaces, handles customer questions and receives fault alerts. A preorder does not by itself settle venue access or operating responsibilities. Include those arrangements when comparing locations.

Confirm commercial terms in writing

Before payment, ask who the contracting party is and request the payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, warranty scope and the process for delivery delays. These terms belong in your quote or order agreement. The marketing website does not establish a universal refund deadline or a guaranteed delivery appointment.

If your opening date is fixed, explain that constraint before ordering. Ask how changes to the estimate will be communicated and whether installation, commissioning and training are included or separately arranged. Keep the accepted quote and configuration together so future support can refer to the same scope.

Define acceptance checks

Agree a short acceptance record for the installed configuration. It should identify the machine, show that the intended network connection works, and cover the configured customer journey from product selection to payment status and physical fulfillment. Record unsuccessful and interrupted journeys as well as the successful one.

For operator software, confirm which inventory, transaction and machine-health fields are available from the connected hardware. For optional experiences, confirm the approved content and how it is launched. Ask support@kiosk-x.ai for a quote and the relevant specifications; do not treat a planning illustration as a final hardware specification.
